Life Groups

Christ the King Lutheran Church has re-opened the church for public worship with much support from our members and friends. Some of our members do not yet feel ready to return with us to worship, and that is okay. We respect everyone’s right to follow their conscience in this matter, and we assure you that our Facebook Services will continue to be streamed each Sunday by 10:45am. A copy of our Divine Service is available on this website so that you may follow the Order of Service each week. Click on the link to the left.

If anyone has a fever or cough or flu-like symptoms, do not come to worship. Those with compromised immune systems may wish to wait awhile longer to return to the Lord’s House. Private Communion in your home by appointment is offered to all our members by the pastor as an alternative at this time.

When you return, we want you to know what to expect, and what procedures we will be following to keep everyone safe.
• All coming to worship MUST maintain the 6’ social distancing rule at ALL times, upon entering, upon being seated in the pews, and when receiving the Lord’s Supper.
• The church occupancy will be held to 25% of its total capacity.
• Worshipers will be seated apart from others with one vacant pew in between each occupied row.
• The wearing of masks is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED, but will not be mandated. We ask worshipers to bring a personal mask from home, but a limited supply will be made available to those who have no mask and yet desire one. Those who choose not to wear a mask must especially keep the 6 – foot distancing guideline in mind.
* Please, no criticism of others’ personal choices.
